Chase is a highly driven and motivated individual. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University. Throughout his college years, Chase was a valuable member of both universities' baseball teams. Following his college baseball career, he pursued professional baseball within the Philadelphia Phillies organization. These experiences have equipped Chase with a solid foundation in marketing and social media, enabling him to effectively analyze the market to identify the desires and needs of both buyers and sellers.

Chase has developed a true passion for real estate and takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant buying and selling experience for everyone involved.

Excited to be back in the Central Ohio area, which has been his primary residence for the majority of his life, Chase currently lives in Hilliard with his fiancée, Carly. Carly is a dedicated educator within the Hilliard City School District. During his leisure time, Chase enjoys time spent with friends and family, and he also imparts the fundamentals of pitching to younger generations. An avid sports enthusiast, Chase is an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, the Columbus Blue Jackets, and the Indianapolis Colts.

Chase is an active member of professional realtor associations, including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), and the Columbus Realtors (CR).
